After much spectulation from Spanish Media, it was revealed officially from Spanish broadcaster TVE that Las Ketchup will represent Spain with the song "Bloody Mary", also the name of their next album. Bloody Mary has a calm rhythm with the Spanish Flamenco elements. The song is written and composed by Manuel Ruiz Gómez (Queco), the man who also composed the 2005 Spanish entry "Brujeria" performed by Son de Sol.

Las Ketchup is a Spanish group that now consists of four sisters called Pilar, Dolores, Lucía and Rocío Muñoz. Hailing from Córdoba, Las Ketchup are the four daughters of El Tomate, the Flamenco guitarist. Their first album was titled "Las Hijas del Tomate" {Daughters of the Tomato), which contained their international hit, The Ketchup Song (Aserejé).
